With left over or recycled or donated timber we make a range of small gift items. Here are a few examples. The profits from most of what we do get reinvested and are used to support the other Community projects operated by our parent company, The Colebridge Trust. The income from the smaller gift items we make goes to activities that are enjoyed by and beneficial to the learning disabled clients (we call them 'the lads') we support. This could be a game or two of 10 pin bowls, a trip to the cinema, a curry night or whatever else takes their fancy. It's not all play however as these activities help them build social skills and make the experience of coming to Waterloo more enjoyable
Magic Mushrooms |
|
£ 50Described as 'magic' by one happy customer, the name stuck. Made from felled trees these make an ideal addition to any garden and double up as seats. Every mushroom is different and will differ from these illustrated. Your Magic Mushroom will be unique and special to you.
They vary in height from 1 to 3 feet high but it all depends on the tree they came from. Why not order two or three just to be on the safe side.
Income from the sale of Magic Mushrooms pays to take our learning disabled clients (aka 'the lads') out bowling or to the cinema or for a curry to say thanks for your hard work.
